The Hummy Wrap

To make what I call “The Hummy Rap is basically a hummus wrap with vegetables in the wrap… my grandmother actually called it this so I used this name to honor her style…

Ingredients:

• 1 whole wheat tortilla

• 2–3 tbsp hummus

• ½ cup shredded carrots

• ½ cup sliced cucumbers

• ¼ cup spinach or mixed greens

• Optional: avocado slices, bell peppers, or sprouts

Recipe:

1. Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla.

2. Layer veggies on top.

3. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice in half.

4. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for lunch on the go.

My grandma used to add love to this recipe before she died in late 2021…so I’d thought I’d share this recipe with all of you that bought this recipe and I would like to say… Thank you
